Description

Key Role:

Lead a team of 3 people to perform Modeling and Simulation (M&S) compliance assessments and will be a subject matter expert on NASA-STD-7009 and standard for M&S. Develop and maintain an inventory of models and simulations used across the program. Use standards to determine applicability of the M&S in the inventory. Develop an assessment plan for each applicable M&S. Perform and lead assessments for each applicable M&S. Work with Integration Test and Verification Office to identify needs and capabilities for M&S. Apply hands-on skills to perform assessments with specific concrete recommendations for each M&S. Provide oversight for project plans and the execution of plans to come into compliance.

QualificationsBasic Qualifications:  -7+ years of experience with Modeling and Simulation (M&S) -Ability to communicate highly technical issues related to M&S compliance to standards -Ability to obtain a security clearance -MS degree    Additional Qualifications: -Ability to pay strict attention to detail to work effectively with outside organizations -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills -Possession of excellent interpersonal relationship skills
